Plants and butterflies seem to beautifully go together, complimenting each other with their stunning and bright colors. Can you find the butterflies? One day in sunny San Diego I was taking scenery photographs on the campus of USD, when I was attracted to these fluffy-looking, pale plants, that were almost hidden in the shade, right at the height of noon. So I was inspired to get that shot, and create a colorful, fun art piece that expressed a little fun combining Butterflies and Petals.

Butterflies and Petals is my creative art piece of plants and butterflies that share a common bond, because they're both absolutely beautiful and sometimes hard to disguise between the two when merged together. I love flowers, plants and the amazing, vivid colors of butterflies, so I decided the plants should be more colorful and blend with visiting butterflies...that's how I interpret that scene...through art.
